Where can I go to see concerts and live music?

Given the location of where I teach (San Bernardino), these suggestions are listed in their proximity to the Inland Empire:

• Here at School!
  SBVC hosts an eclectic array of programs including choirs, band, guitar, and piano! Here is a link to the Music Department page at Valley College: www.valleycollege.edu/music
• San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra
  Did you know San Bernardino has had a symphony for 90 years? This union orchestra continues to be a pillar of refined art for the Inland Empire. And it’s in our backyard! Here’s their website: www.sanbernardinosymphony.org
• Redlands Symphony
  This orchestra is also fabulous and nearby! www.redlandssymphony.com
• Riverside Philharmonic
  Again, great musicians, not too far away! Hooray! www.riversidephilharmonic.org
• Nearby Colleges and Universities
  There are concerts happening regularly in the immediate area at local Community Colleges and Universities with reputable music programs. Here are just a few: Cal State San Bernardino, University of California Riverside, University of Redlands, Riverside City College, Claremont Schools, and others!
• Local bars or restaurants with live music
  A couple of places I’d recommend include: Raquel’s Jazz Lounge (21 and over), Mario’s, and…???
